We got back from our four day hiking trip – and boy o boy do I have pictures! But that will have to wait because tomorrow is the girls’ 4th birthday party. We’ve been cooking and baking all day! But here is a stolen moment in the garden… in their Ethiopian party dresses, to boot.
Happy birthday, my big girls! You were so good on our trip, and you were hiking maniacs! Certainly acted like big 4 year-olds, not little 3 year-olds! Auntie Ena is so proud of you. I wish I could be at the party, but you will have to tell me all about it!! Have a great party!

This is the most beautiful photo. It made me cry. I was just telling my hubby that your girls were the age at referral of what I am assuming our daughter will be when we get our referral. I will have A LOT of questions for you when that time comes…
