Spring and “two-lips”

Aside from the random 10 minute hailstorm yesterday, we’ve been having great weather here in the Okanagan. Spring is here in full force – it’s kinda cool: the “two lips”, as the girls call them, which they planted last fall are up and blooming. I think gardening is a great activity for them to learn about nature and food.
Great Pictures! “Two-lips” are my favourite flowers. I’m jealous of your weather. You should’ve seen what we had here today… A total blizzard… Ug…
Three things I am a fan of:
1. The stripey tights. I am ALL OVER the stripey tights!
2. The afrohawk is back!!! I love it!

At least spring is somewhere in BC, because it actually snowed here Thursday morning for about 10 minutes. I can’t tell you when we had snow in April in the Fraser Valley…
The stripey tights are courtesy of Auntie Luciana… when they got them at Christmas, they were way too big – but now they fit perfectly!!!
