Having lived eight years in Vancouver (we moved to Winnipeg in ‘05), I can attest, too, to how lovely that province is. It is, quite simply, spectacular.

Can’t say I am a big Olympics supporter…but that did make me proud to live here, especially when they showed Mission Hill Winery!

Yay!!!! The scenes at 0:26 and 0:30 are literally a km or so from my house (literally a short walk up the road!)

I’m really NOT a big Olympics supporter. In fact, many of the things they are doing truly make me sick. I am, however, still a big-time BC girl, and likely to stay that way, DESPITE the current government’s efforts to turn us into Alberta (no offense, Alberians
)
It’s amazing how good marketing can transcend all that stuff and make me mushy about where I live. (Because I really truly love it!)
