What do you want for Christmas, little girls?
Today the girls wrote their letters to Santa Claus - they were really excited to send them off.Â

You can see that they put a lot of thought into their letters (scribed by Daddy and Mommy.)
The whole Christmas thing is pretty darn exciting for them - they are looking forward to seeing all my family, who we are spending the holidays with, and of course, presents!!!
Will post soon on our trip - still digesting and sorting pictures.

LOL. Precious! But are they *sure* Santa won’t bite? Our Hana seems to think he does.

The girls always ask if new animals they learn about bite or kick - but I never thought they would ask about Santa! They have a few times
I love how their expectations are so experiential, and low on the consumerism scale
We’ll see if they can stay that way!

Thank you so much for putting up the videos. I look forward to seeing the girls and this is probably the only way i will see them for a while. they are precious. Give them a big hug from Great Auntie H. from Ontario. Love ya.

Love the video! Wouldn’t it be nice if all everyone wanted for Christmas was crackers, pink ice cream, swimming and jingle bells? It makes your heart grow a little hearing their excitment about such small things.
I’m hating all the commercialism this year. Not that it’s new. I think I’m just more attune to it now. We’re really cutting back this year.
The girls are going to love looking back on their letters and I’m sure they will laugh when they read they thought Santa would bite. Too funny…
Looks like you guys are busy… Enjoy the holidays!
All the best from Lloydminster…

super cute! my kids are giggling about how sweet they are. Eden finds it so adorable how one(sugar?) is super chatty and skippy while the other (spice?) is more calm and introspective.
Have fun!! mmm, crackers, ice cream and jingle bells!

That’s so cute. I’d like you to post pics of how you gift wrap the ice cream.
Our guy is 2 1/2 and, somehow, the only thing he understands about Christmas is that “Santa brings presents.” Uh oh - not exactly the path we wanted to head down!

Glad you are enjoying the video - they’refinally using “I” enough that I can get them on tape without them saying ther names every 20 seconds
Oh, I have to say as a footnote that YES - they talk ALL THE TIME. Just like that. ALL DAY.
