More Selection in My Bookstore
Many of you have found your way to My Bookstore – and several people have sent me emails/comments tahnking me for suggesting adoption and Africa-related books.
Recently I added a couple more sections to my store – focussing on themes that are important to me as an individual and as a parent: Nature, Wellness, Creativity, Environmentalism and Food!
Every one of these books I either own myself or have taken out of the library and highly recommend. I hope you enjoy them as well.
And remember, you can always write the title and author down and get the local library to bring a book in for you – for free!

I love to see your recent additions! Its great to have so many good books all in one place!…..oh, and a thought on the title of your last blog…you are one rather talented lady yourself! you guys must have great jeans(It’s usually pretty hard to find a good pair of jeans, lol)
I’m a children’s librarian and I love your bookstore – you gave me some new titles that I used with my students during African Heritage Month, and I will of course use them throughout the year as well. I have some other favorites that are not on your list, if you would like some new suggestions too. I love to learn new titles, but I love to share titles too…
As always, thanks for all your great posts. I’ve learned so much from you, and our excitement builds – all of our paperwork and our homestudy is complete and we’re sending our dossier off next week! Now for the long wait…
Well that’s great to hear, Jillian… I would love any suggestions for new books! When people post them, I take them out from the library, and if I like them too, then I add them to the store
Glad to hear you have got all your paperwork together- the journey really takes off from here!
Cheers
Nicky
