New Haircut

Those who know me off-line, – or even those who have been following my blog for a while – will know that I change my hair up really frequently. Short, long; red, orange, brown, black; whispy, sleek… these are just my favs. I’ve had everything from purple streaks (quite nice) to long and blond (terrible – my skin is way to light to be a blond.) Anyway, I haven’t changed my hair in a while, because I wanted to have the same hair colour/cut as the photos that we sent with our dossier, so that our little kids would recognize me in person. But enough is enough. I never dreamed I’d have this same hair cut for so long. So off it goes! And I’ll just have to send the kids all sorts of pictures with me with different hairstyles. They’ll recognize the smile.

Yay! Cute!
It looks great! I only know you online but I did notice that you changed your hair quite a bit. In the passed I have too, in the past couple of years money has been tight and my hair was the first sacrifice I made.
I think purple high lights are great, I know I really liked mine. I also look really horrible as a blond but I had to try it. If you look back at my first couple of posts from April of last year you can see the blonde me. ICK!!! The scary thing is we did an adoption workshop then and met a few families, when I met them with my “real” hair colour they were shocked…
Love it! Love the colour!
You look great, as always. Yes, the smile will be recognized no matter what your hair looks like.
I think it looks great! I wish I could manage so many different styles, you seem to look great with any type of cut/colour.
Great haircut Nikky! I also noticed the book on your counter. Barbara Coloroso is wonderful! I really love that one.
